I am trying to get a replacement Neon made for my Star Wars Episode 1. I need to know the measurements of the Neon tube in the lightsaber. The Neon itself not the tube around it.

He'll need that in millimeters. Neon glass is sold in 8mm, 10mm, 12mm, 13mm, 14mm, etc. This is the outside diameter.
Honestly, I would recommend the OP take his original piece of neon (or the parts of the broken piece) to the neon guy.
He'll have to pull his original tube of glass anyway to replace it. This shouldn't be hard.
Hand a neon guy a piece of glass and ask him to duplicate that... it's easy, and there isn't any room for misinterpretation.

Unfortunately this is missing from my pin. I still wonder why it was removed by a previous owner.
