I have a Mars Electronics VFMA-R1 dollar bill acceptor for sale. Was working when pulled from a Demo Man. Fits WPC (and other) coin doors with the punch-out openings. I know it's plug 'n' play in a WPC. Has a small chip in the plastic part housing the PCB and might be missing the back cover? Not sure.

Looking to buy a few non-working or really cheap bill acceptors. I really only need the exposed black bill part that you slide the money in. Only need them to fill the opening for a few coin doors of some other games and would rather not install a plate. So that's why not needed to be working.

Nitro groundshaker. Cabinet body and head are trash. Had a mouse inside… playfield is populated/salvageable, but needs a deep clean. Actually looks like it might clean up ok. Backglass is toast. SOLD

Genie. Lower cabinet is trash but head is useable! Backglass is average, has good color but flaking mostly in reds and skin tones. Again, mouse found the inside, but pf looks like it will clean up nice.

I’ve owned this one for a year and a half. It was on my route. Plays well, well maintained but could benefit from a full shop out. The skill shot switches are not working. Has the usual mirco “pooling” issues but has the rubber washers underneath the posts to prevent further damage.

Has factory topper.

Does not include dollar bill acceptor.

Honestly if you’re an operator, this is the best model for route, since less bullshit will break, and it’ll make the same amount of money. It earned well for me!

The Allentown Pinfest Tournament: Fun and Easy!

The tournament area is in the back. Come try your luck in this fun, low-stress, laid back tournament, now in it's third big year under current management! Tournament is all in $130 cash. The womens' tournament is $20 with main tournament entry, or $50 standalone.

The Allentown tournament is unlike all other high-value tournaments in that it will NOT monopolize your day, will not leave you feeling battered, and will not become the entire focus of your show experience. The latest IFPA rules are designed to artificially inflate the value of the WPPR, and encourage tournament directors to torture players as much as possible. You've seen this around the circuit with established tourneys drastically lengthening the amount of qualifying play, adding games to finals play etc. in a rabid thirst for increasingly meaningless, inflated WPPRs that a dwindling few actually care about. This has resulted in pinball tournament boot camp; endless qualifying play, endless lines, and no time to do anything else but hang out in the tournament area.

You WON'T see that at the Allentown Pinfest Tournament. At APT, you play 12 GAMES, and that's it, on Friday. You will play 12 games of your choice out of a bank of likely 18 or so games.

Then, at the end of the day, the scores are all tabulated, and the top 24 make finals, which will be played on Saturday. An additional top 16 (ranked outside the top IFPA 250) will make B finals.

So, this is a great tournament for folks who have been intimidated by the "boot camp pinball torture" culture of IFPA tournament that is currently en vogue, or folks who have never played a tournament before and aren't ready to spend their entire weekend trying to qualify.

With our format, you play 12 games. Everybody else plays 12 games. That's it. Lines aren't an issue, you'll have no problem finishing your ticket, and you'll have tons of time to enjoy the show, go the farmer's market, shoot the shit in the parking lot, etc.

We've had a lot of first-timers play in this tournament over the past couple of years, and we've made many converts. So give it a shot! It's fun, it won't ruin your show, and you might surprise yourself.

And, not recommending it, but we've had people show up as late as 6pm and STILL get in all 12 of their games, and qualify for finals (Koi Morris famously did this last year).
