Bit of a different take this time that I'm sure you can appreciate.

Here's an old postcard from a Catholic military home in Seedorf, Germany. In the background we find two pins and a bowler.

Zoomed in, you can see pin in the middle is a 1964 Bally Mad World (https://www.ipdb.org/machine.cgi?id=1504).

But what pin do we see to the left of it?

Bonus points if you can also name the bowler.

I think we are looking at Oh Boy, Williams, 1964
    https://www.ipdb.org/machine.cgi?id=1696

Tom, I agreed it looked like Molentin cabinet art. I think we are seeing the red and the light blue faded out in the exposure...

Given my last post RE King Tut/King Rex, I will wait for confirmation before posting the next clue

On the bowler, it looks like a United Team Bowling (8 people) but I don't know the year - I'd guess 1958

    #16805 20 days ago

Ok it's been a while. I am moving on, next clue....

Knew it was a Molentin - Rag Mop, Williams, 1950

This is actually a very good example of the plastic for this game - like many games of the era, the plastics used did not hold up and often end up shriveled.

    You win!

Or rather: I'm quite sure that you're right, but I have no way to confirm. So it's great that you went ahead and posted the next quiz. Thanks for helping to identify the pin and bowler!

A little more, same theme as previous.

According to the IPDB, the theme of the previous game is gambling...

Oops, I was looking at Can Can

    Quoted from poppapin:

Oops, I was looking at Can Can

Well, I assumed you meant a 'can can' theme, it was just surprising for me that Cherry Bell is stated as being a gambling theme, with all those Can Can ladies on there! Your next clue is proving quite tricky, couldn't find it using a dancing theme... so what is the actual listed theme according to the IPDB if I may be so bold?

    #16822 16 days ago

Can Can's theme, music, dancing, happiness, nightlife. It's a woodrail too.

    #16823 16 days ago

    Chorus Gal, TACO, no year

    A conversion game

    #16824 16 days ago

Ok that was tough, the no year ones usually are harder it seems to me.

    True True
especially if you input a date range included in your search terms
as No date games do not show up then

    #16833 15 days ago
    Quoted from pinwiztom:

especially if you input a date range included in your search terms

If I want to look for a certain date range I just sort by date, then scroll to the range I'm interested in... this way the no date games appear at the bottom of the list.

    #16834 15 days ago

On the next clue, there is a fairly strong link to the previous game... the game is listed on the IPDB, but no images... so you'd have to look elsewhere to get it, unless you know the game already of course...

I want to like this artwork more but I just can't. Maybe it is the complete lack of gun safety.

Yes, would be better without the gun, or at least if she wasn't pointing at her face...

    Funny
If I sort a search by date
    the no date games
    ????
appear at the top of the list.

    #16839 15 days ago

Ok I did exactly what @pinballslave did on his clue...

The image is from the IPDB by the way... I've changed manufacturer, but not the country... and it would be typical to find guns in the place like this, especially in the era of the Wild West...

I'm working on a suspended (or drop) ceiling 'project' at the moment where I'm mounting playfields on rails behind which will be lighting, and to help the light reflect around I've lined the upper inside of the ceiling with reflective foil and I'm also putting aluminium (remove the 2nd 'i' for the American pronunciation ) foil on the back of each playfield (fixed using double sided tape)... and then cutting out where the inserts are, also switch wire slots are cut out... holes in the playfield where I don't want light to come through are blocked off with black card before the Al foil is applied. Here's the back of a playfield I prepared yesterday:
