Ciao! Since you have only G.I., probably you have a dead/blocked MPU. First suggestion is remove edge connectors on the power board, check fuse holder (since the fuses are ok), and re-check output tensions. Then you have to troubleshoot the MPU... Could you post a picture of the boards?
have you checked that fuse to the left of the large vertical capacitor on the power supply board?
it looks suspect form the picture.
Quoted from Billc479:Did you check the voltages on the power board and on the MPU?
Exact.. what about output voltages?
One question.. on the MPU you can see 2 diagnostic LEDs. What do they do when you power on the machine? Do they at least turn on? If yes, locked MPU, if not check logic fuse (near to the big capacitor on the power board), verify tension and connections.
Just a note to OP - when Theonlylilo and Rikoshay mention "tension", they mean voltage. Just a term difference between US and European terms.
Also, update us, please.
When all the solenoids turn on at once, I usually look at the 40 pin connector that connects the MPU to the driver board
Power supply board will need new capacitors to "bulletproof", as those are 50 years old

Billc479 Yes, voltages on edge connectors of the power board (+5V/+12V/±100V/...)

Thanks all. I am getting voltage 5 12 and 100. The two diagnostic lights turn on and I am getting random sounds and the two diagnostic lights go out and then repeats over in a cycle. I was also getting some random 7 s and 8s for a short while. Also the ball trough keeps wanting to shoot a ball out and ball kickers keep activating
